How far out should I book my event?
for weddings we recommend a full year to ensure availability. For smaller events 30 days minimum.

How are Tastings Conducted?
You come to us, to our Kitchen at the Sweet House Foundation for a 1 on 1 personal tasting with the Head Chef of your wedding day,. You choose what menu items you wish try for your big day. Which is why scheduling is hard during Peak season, because we want to get to know you as we play a big part yet small pivotal role on your big day.
Peak Season Tastings: Generally Mondays & Tuesdays

Are Tastings Free?
Due to the rise in cost of goods, we can no longer provide free tastings. They are $50 a person for 6 menu choices; allocated 6 guests max.
( bride + groom + 4 guests)

What If I don’t see what I like on the menu?
That’s totally fine! We will customize the menu to what you’re looking for.
we’ve done Italian inspired, Korean infusions, Indian, & Greek Inspired.

When can I book a Tasting?
Typically, 6 months – 1year out is best. Please Note, if you’re scheduling your tasting during peak wedding season End of May – Oct. Our days are limited. FRI – SUN not available.
IDEAL Booking Months –> Nov – Beginning of May

Am I responsible for renting my Tabletop Items? ( cups, plates, flatware, etc)
If renting with Alpine Events; We will help take care of all that for you.
And depending on your wedding package, the cost of tabletops (Approx $8-$12 pp) may already be included in your pricing. Either way, we will organize that and add to your package if not existing already.
